The Six Minute Marathon (6MM)
Six-Minute Marathon

To a person living with PH, six minutes of exercise can at times feel like a marathon.

6 Minute Marathon campaign launchThe Six Minute Marathon (6MM) is a brand new awareness-raising activity based on the concept of the Six Minute Walk Test, a common metric used to evaluate the well-being of PH patients. The 6MM is an easy to understand activity to raise public awareness of PH in your community!

The Six Minute Marathon can be hosted in a variety of settings such as schools, hospital grounds, community centers and local outdoor tracks. You can even incorporate a 6MM into an existing special event, like the 11th Annual Race Against PH in Stanford, Calif., did.
