When I began working in the field of pulmonary
hypertension 22 years ago, the picture was very different. The
emerging optimism we are seeing today did not exist at all.
There is no question that PHA has played – and, more importantly – is
playing an important role in brightening the horizon for all
those who live with this illness.
Where there is communication, the speed and effectiveness of
work increases.
PHA is playing an important role in increasing communication
within the medical community. The organization is providing opportunities
for medical collaboration and education that would not otherwise
exist.
I know that this end-of-the-year mailing is very important to
PHA.
I am pleased to support PHA through financial contributions,
