Things I Found on PHA's Website
PH Pediatric School Resource Handbook
The first 'thing I found' is the PH Pediatric School Resource Handbook.
It is in the PH Family section of the website. It is a collection of
resources to make life a little more manageable if your school-age
child has PH. Included are Word Documents of these topics:
- Letter to parent(s)/caregiver(s) explaining how to best use the
handbook
- General letter to the school
- Student's emergency information sheet
- Medication list and activity restrictions
- Medication information
Of course there is contact information for further help.
