Young Women: Issues of PAH Including Pregnancy
This week, inspired by a thread on PHA's message board, I looked for a resource for young women with PH. I found a recording from a session of PHA's 8th International PH Conference. The session title is "Young Women: Issues of PAH including Pregnancy."
This resource is an audio recording, about an hour in length, of the session with questions from the attendees and answers by the medical professionals on the panel. The session spans topics from birth control and how some birth control methods affect PH, to the problems and issues of pregnancy and giving birth for a woman with PH, to adoption and surrogacy issues. From the recording's start to finish, you will hear answers to questions you have, and you will gain insight on questions you want to ask your PH specialist.
