The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s (PHA’s) The Right Heart blog brings you a story about Aubrey Stout, who lives with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Life hasn’t always been easy for Aubrey over the last 10 years since was diagnosed with PAH. She has experienced multiple life changes as she has adapted to her life with PAH. But everything Aubrey went through has made her stronger. She credits the support of her family and her own determination to living her best life with pulmonary hypertension.

In the last two years, she completed two 5k walks. “The 5Ks make me feel good, give me a sense of accomplishment and show how much I’ve improved,” says Aubrey. “I’ve come a long way, and I’m proud of myself.” Read Aubrey’s story about how far she’s come since her diagnosis in The Right Heart blog.
