For the 13th consecutive year, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) has received a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, the nation’s leading online evaluator of U.S. nonprofits. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2016, PHA combats pulmonary hypertension (PH), or high blood pressure of the lungs, with support and education programs for patients, caregivers and families as well as the medical and scientific community. PHA’s 2016 rating places it in the top half of one percent of the nonprofits Charity Navigator evaluates.
