Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month wrapped up last week, ending a month of activities, information and engagement to help people “Discover PH.” Our Awareness Month web pages attracted nearly 2,500 users, and our most popular page was the PH Awareness Month Calendar.

The most popular downloads were desktop wallpaper and an infographic on the connection between HHT and PH.

On social media, PHA gained hundreds of new followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. PH Awareness Month posts were seen more 345,400 times, leading to nearly 3,000 clicks on awareness month pages and more than 7,900 comments, likes and shares.

Our four Facebook Live events: “PH and Connective Tissue Diseases,” “About CTEPH,” “About PH” and “PH and Meth” generated more than 5,700 views. The recordings are still available to watch on our website.

Thank you for being enthusiastic participants in Awareness Month 2020. You can still help others “Discover PH” by sharing graphics and digital tools with friends, family and others in your network.

Stay tuned for a year of excitement as we celebrate our 30th anniversary throughout 2021.
