Ways to give

There are many ways to give, including supporting PHA with a general gift, honoring the memory of a loved one with a memorial gift, or helping keep hope alive by making a monthly gift.

Giving societies

Sustainers Circle
Ensure consistent funding for PHA’s invaluable programming by making a monthly donation. It’s the easiest way to give because your monthly gift is charged automatically, and your investments over time make a big impact.

Kitchen Table Society

PHA’s Kitchen Table Society recognizes our most generous benefactors. Much like our founders and early leaders, the Kitchen Table Society donors are committed to improving and extending the lives of those affected by pulmonary hypertension. The Kitchen Table Society consists of donors who have made lifetime commitments of at least $10,000 or contribute at least $1,000 a year.

Legacy of Hope

Naming the Pulmonary Hypertension Association as the recipient of memorial gifts in your loved one’s name honors the strength and courage of their fight while also uniting your friends and family in making strides for all those touched by pulmonary hypertension.

Notifying PHA

Each issue of Pathlight, PHA’s quarterly magazine, is dedicated to the patients who have lost their battle with PH. PHA publishes the Passages list in each issue of Pathlight to honor those who are gone but not forgotten. The accuracy of this list is very important to us.

We ask that you notify PHA of a passing as soon as you are able, so we can include your loved one in our Passages listing and update our records accordingly. Please contact us at 301-565-3004 or gro.noitaicossAHP@segassaP to inform PHA of a loved one’s passing.

Newspaper Notices

When including a request for donations in memory of a loved one in a newspaper notice, PHA suggests the following format:

The family requests memorial contributions be sent to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 8401 Colesville Road, Suite 200, Silver Spring, Md. 20910 or make a memorial gift online at

Sending Thanks

When a memorial gift is received by PHA, we will promptly send a letter to the person or family indicated, notifying them of the thoughtful donation. We will also mail a letter to the donor, thanking them for their generosity.

If you have any questions about notifying PHA of a passing, or about designating memorial gifts to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, please contact us at 301-565-3004 or gro.noitaicossAHP@segassaP.
