Hello, I have a connective tissue disorder so I have to have 5 yearly echos. I have just had my results back from my doctor & in the conclusion part it says:

    PAp 28mmHg+RAp

Looking at the normal limits online it points appears that I have pulmonary artery hypertension?

It also says: Estimated Pulmonary Artery Pressure: VTR 2.64m/s, PAp 28mmHg+RAp

Could someone please confirm what this means? I am terrified.

    Thanks.
