Hello, I have registered in this forum even though I do not have a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. My main symptom is dyspnea all day (need to take a deep breath, chest pressure, fatigue …). I had an echocardiogram and I was diagnosed with minimal mitral regurgitation and tricuspid valve insufficiency with RV-AR gradient (right ventricle-right atrium) of 13 mmhg. My question is how can I know with this data my pulmonary arterial pressure value, since I have read that adding 12 to this number (13) gives the average arterial pressure. In my case I would have 25 mmhg, at the maximum limit for the diagnosis of hypertension. Can somebody help me? I’m right?

I feel the inconvenience, I am desperate because I feel sick and I am only 23 years old. Thank you,
