Advisory Board Application

PHA Advisory Boards are comprised of persons with a direct connection to PH. We seek members who will work collaboratively and represent specific knowledge and experience areas. Advisory board members act as advocates for their affinity group within the PH community, as such, we encourage you to think about your ability to represent broadly the concerns of the community. Advisory board members provide PHA guidance, recommendations and feedback on programs and services impacting the PH community.
