My diagnosis of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension was a “wake up” alarm for me to take a more active role as a partner in my own healthcare. The right medicines, medical care by specialists, a healthy diet, appropriate exercise, and a positive attitude combined with the education and support of PHA, friends, and family help me to lead a full life. Helping others is my way of saying thank you.
