The HealthWell Foundation recently launched a pulmonary hypertension (PH) assistance fund.
The fund is open to Medicare recipients, including those with Medicare Advantage plans. Assistance grants cover:
- Premium costs for Medicare coverage.
- Copay expenses for PH medication.
