Good Days has informed PHA that, beginning with the 2018 grant cycle, its PH copay assistance programs will be limited to patients receiving Medicare.

According to Good Days, non-Medicare recipients currently being assisted will maintain their assistance through 2017.  However, Good Days will not accept non-Medicare PH patients for re-enrollment in the assistance program in 2018.

The patient assistance organization asks that anyone with questions regarding this change to email  admin@mygooddays.org for a prompt response.

Understanding the importance of this support to our community, PHA will continue to keep our community updated on developments from nonprofits offering funding assistance to PH patients. As the leading advocate and voice of the PH community, we will also continue to push for legislative changes and additional funding sources that improve access to the treatment and care our patients need and deserve.

PHA understands the gravity of this development and will keep our community updated as we learn more. As we share with policy makers, lawmakers, insurance companies and others the full impact of this development on our patients, PHA is asking members of the community to share stories of struggles and successes with accessing treatment and care by contacting us at insurance@phassociation.org.
