THE JOSHUA M. GRIFFIS SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Joshua M. Griffis was a pulmonary hypertension patient, a PHA staff member, and a friend. He was funny, warm, sharp-witted, smart, and incredibly dedicated to those he loved and the beliefs he stood for.

Regardless of the challenges Josh faced with this disease in his own life, he still brought a smile to so many as he worked to support and strengthen the PH community. He steadfastly professed and lived out his personal commitment to fighting PH for all patients, and the outpouring of love and support as he lived his final days was a testament to all he stood for. Josh will be incredibly missed.

Joshua has been an inspiration to so many and this page is dedicated to seeing that the spirit of his work continues for many years to come. As a tribute, a memorial fund has been created in Joshua’s name, which will be used to support a special PHA International Conference scholarship.
