Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Awareness Month is in full swing. By now, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) has released five days of digital tools and resources to help others “Discover PH.”

We launched our PH Awareness Month Calendar with desktop wallpaper designs to remind you to visit our calendar each day in November. Our Day 2 download featured three virtual backgrounds for support group meetings, book clubs and other online social activities.

The third day offered a virtual “I voted” sticker, and the fourth featured a wallpaper download for your phone or tablet. Today, you can download a graphic to raise awareness of the risk of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).

All of these items are still available to download if you missed them. Check the calendar each day for fun activities and surprises, and follow PHA on social media for the latest news and resources.

Looking for more resources? Visit our Toolkit for social media profile and cover photos, fact sheets and a customizable press release so you can share your story with your community. It also includes sample social media posts.

Don’t forget to join us Tuesday, Nov. 10 for our Day of Action. Share your story to let your members of Congress know what it’s like to live with PH and help them understand why preserving access to health care is so important.

PHA is grateful for Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s support of PH Awareness Month.
