In 2019, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) hosted 45 special events across the country to raise money to fund PHA’s support, education and research programming. PHA’s events provide a place for individuals with pulmonary hypertension (PH), caregivers, friends, family and health care providers to come together as a community and connect over a common goal: raising funds to help support those affected by PH and ultimately find a cure. Nearly 8,000 people in the PH community attended a fundraising event in 2019. With the help of PH community members around the country, PHA raised over $800,000 to support our mission of extending and improving the lives of those affected by PH.
