The Pulmonary Hypertension Association recently received a $187,000 bequest to support our mission. The gift supports PHA’s commitment since 1991 to improving the lives of those affected by PH. The bequest will help sustain our work for years to come.

This gift came from an anonymous donor’s will. A bequest is a form of planned giving in which a person designates an organization to receive a gift as part of their estate. Bequests often represent a lasting legacy that supports the causes donors care most about.

“Bequests are essential to PHA’s long-term strength and stability,” says PHA CEO Matt Granato. “This gift reflects this donor’s belief in our mission and their hope for a future where pulmonary hypertension is better understood, better treated and ultimately cured. We are incredibly grateful.”

This bequest embodies the enduring generosity of the PHA community and its commitment to advancing education, advocacy and research. Planned gifts like this one help ensure that progress continues — honoring the lives and values of those who make them possible.
