Find Support with Our New Patient and Caregiver Mentor Program PHriends_philly_o2breathe_2022_wide

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association has revamped its peer support program to connect people affected by PH with others in similar situations.

Formerly known as PHA PHriends, our new PHA Peer Mentor Program connects patients with other patients and caregivers with other caregivers. Our volunteer peer mentors understand what you’re going through and are trained to listen to your challenges and concerns, provide practical information, and share experiences and resources.

You can select a peer mentor based on what you’d like to chat about or what treatments they’re familiar with. Peers and mentors communicate by email or telephone, whichever is most comfortable. PHA volunteers never give medical advice.

Meet our mentors, and find someone who understands the unique challenges of living with PH.
