Health care professionals: Mark your calendars for the 2025 Pulmonary Hypertension Professional Network Symposium, Sept. 18-20, in Seattle. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to learn the latest in PH research and treatment, connect with colleagues and earn about 10 hours of continuing education credit.
The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s PHPN Symposium gathers more than 500 health care professionals every two years for education, networking, advocacy and philanthropy. This year’s event will focus on multidisciplinary care teams, emerging therapies, and managing provider and caregiver burnout. The theme is “Igniting the PHight: Looking to the Future.”
PHPN Symposium offers new programming and returning favorites. Historically held in the Washington, D.C. area, the event moves to Seattle this year. Also new to the event: the symposium will begin with a “Day of Action” on Thursday, Sept. 18, before the symposium opening session. During the Day of Action, attendees can participate in an advocacy call-in campaign to educate their lawmakers about important PH-related legislation. They also can take part in a community engagement project to benefit the surrounding Seattle community.
Returning this year is the highly anticipated PHPN Trivia Night. On Friday, Sept. 19, symposium attendees will put their PH knowledge to the test to win prizes. All funds raised will benefit PHA’s Conference Scholarship Fund, which will help people with PH and caregivers attend PHA 2026 International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions, June 11-14, 2026, in Dallas.
Interested in presenting? Submit abstracts and session topics beginning Monday, January 27. Registration opens Wednesday, June 25. Stay informed about symposium news.
