The Pulmonary Hypertension Association joined the global pulmonary hypertension May 5 community to celebrate World PH Day. Led by PHA Europe, this year’s campaign focused on the challenges in getting an accurate PH diagnosis.  

The theme, “Sometimes It’s Pulmonary Hypertension,” highlighted patients’ anxiety, uncertainty and health consequences before finally learning they have PH.  

PHA joined the campaign by sharing quotes from patients around the world:  

PHA’s other World PH Day activities included our monthlong PHA 6-Minute Challenge, online support group meetings on mental health, and in-person and virtual Hill Day legislative visits.
