As the new legislative cycle gets underway, PHA continues to advocate for health care policy that:
- Prohibits discrimination against people with costly health conditions.
- Ensures medical care is driven by clinical judgement and the patient-clinician relationship.
- Expands access to accessible, affordable and appropriate health insurance.
- Reduces barriers to care, including out-of-pocket costs, for people with complex and/or costly health conditions.
- Increases investment in PH research.
