The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is committed to the health and safety of our community.

All attendees of this in-person event must be fully vaccinated. Per CDC guidelines you are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines) or two weeks after the single-dose (J&J/Janssen vaccine).
