Carene has been a PH caregiver since 2024 and lives in the US West. Carene was recently (June 2026) one of the awardees of the Julie Pendry memorial Scholarship award given by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association in Dallas TX at the PHA 2026 conference at the member recognition dinner.
