About Cathy

Cathy was diagnosed with PH in 2010 and lives in the western U.S. Cathy, who is retired, is a PHA support line volunteer. She volunteers because she loves supporting others in the community. Cathy recommends taking each day as it comes. “We are living with PH and can help by sharing personal experiences,” she says.

Cathy’s tips:

  • Let yourself have bad days but try not to stay there too long.
  • Ask for help.
  • Listen to your body.
  • If you’re tired, rest.
  • Reach out for support.
