About Debra
Debra was diagnosed with PH in 2021. She lived in California most of her life but moved to Pennsylvania in 2022 to be closer to her oldest sister. In addition to PH, Debra has severe disk disease of the lumbar spine and arthritis.
Debra, who’s retired, enjoys meeting friends for lunch a few times a month and an occasional movie. Since her diagnosis, she has learned to take things one day at a time. She does what she can do when she can do it. Debra doesn’t worry about what doesn’t get done and has learned to accept help when it’s offered.
