About Jasmine

Jasmine was diagnosed with PH in 2014 and lives in the U.S. Northeast. She is unemployed due to disability. For Jasmine, living with pulmonary arterial hypertension means embracing a new version of herself while encouraging others to find strength in their journey. “It’s OK to grieve the person you once were,” Jasmine said. “You are enough.
