About Karen

Karen has been a PH patient since 2019 and lives in the US Southeast. Karen is retired and tries to stay active with friends and family. She is on oxygen all the time but uses a long cord so she can do anything at the house. She also has a reliable portable system.

Although Karen can’t do any real exercise, she goes out to lunch and to the beach. Karen travels only in the United States so she has access to oxygen.

Karen participated in a drug trial for sotatercept. She was fortunate to get to fly to her appointments through Angel Flight.
