About Mitzi
Mitzi is mom to Ava, who was diagnosed in 2007 when she was a year old. Ava has inspired Mitzi to help other PH parents navigate their own journeys. In additioning to serving as a PHA peer mentor, she manages the PHA Facebook group for parents of children with PH and is a member of the PHA Board of Trustees.
Mitzi believes it’s important for parents to know they aren’t alone and that she and others are available to help. Mitzi lives in the US Northeast.
