PHCC Committee applications
The PH Care Center program seeks applicants for the PHCC Review Committee and PHCC Oversight Committee. Applicants must be physicians, APPs, nurses or allied health professionals employed at a PHA-accredited PH Care Center.
The PHCC Review Committee is responsible for:
- Performing comprehensive accreditation site reviews remotely & on-site.
- Recommending and issuing accreditation decisions.
- Monitoring periodic status reports from established PH Care Centers to be completed between accreditation cycles.
- Providing recommendations to the Oversight Committee for accreditation program functioning.
The PHCC Oversight Committee is responsible for:
- Governance and management of the PHCC Review Committee and PHA Registry committees.
- Providing recommendations for programmatic updates to the Accreditation and Registry Committee.
Ideally, oversight committee applicants should be established in the PH field, with at least eight years of direct experience. Familiarity with the PHA Registry is recommended.
All PHCC committee members must be willing to serve three-year terms and maintain membership in PHA’s PH Clinicians and Researchers or PH Professional Network.

PHAR Committee applications
PHA seeks applicants for the PHA Registry Steering and PHAR Publications and Presentations committees.
The PHAR Steering Committee is responsible for the oversight, management, and governance of the registry. Applicants must be physicians, researchers, advanced practice professionals, nurses or allied health professionals and must be employed at PHA-accredited PH Care Centers that participate in the PHA Registry. Expertise and experience in observational research or quality improvement is highly recommended.
The PHAR Publications and Presentations Committee reviews proposals and manuscripts using PHAR data and approves abstracts and manuscripts for publication, and ensures investigators have access to PHAR data analyses. Applicants must have experience in publishing and disseminating QI, observational or interventional research in PH. Applicants must have a track record of federal funding for clinical research and prior participation in multicentric studies. All PHAR committee members must be willing to serve three-year terms and maintain membership in PHCR or PHPN.
