Hosted by PHA’s President and CEO, Matt Granato, LLM, MBA, and featuring key leaders from the PH scientific community, the town hall covered a variety of topics of interest to those who are already involved or those who want to become involved with PHA. Topics discussed included:
- An overview of PHA’s recent advocacy successes and upcoming initiatives by Jaeger Spratt, MSW, PHA’s advocacy and treatment access program manager.
- Benefits of joining PHA’s PH professional membership networks by Anna Hemnes, MD, PHA’s Scientific Leadership Council chair; and Kim Jackson, RN, BSN, PHA’s PH Professional Network (PHPN) chair.
- An overview of the PH Care Center (PHCC), the Pulmonary Hypertension Association Registry (PHAR) and plans for expansion of each program by Delphine Yung, MD, PHA Accreditation and Registry chair; and Joel Wirth, MD, PHA Accreditation and Registry Committee immediate past chair.
The Town Hall ended with an interactive Q&A session. Be on the lookout for announcements about the next Town Hall to be scheduled in 2024.
