“What gives me hope is seeing the continued education and research that medical professionals are doing to work toward improved treatments for this disease. When I was diagnosed, I was afraid treatments wouldn’t help, and I was afraid it was too late. I started taking three medications to fight this disease and, within six months, I had improved. Within a year, I have normal pressures, and my medication has kept me stable and living. By the grace of God and my amazing treatment team, I am stronger today. I spread awareness of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) anytime I can in hopes someone else will be saved.”
