Every day of November as part of Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is posting “PHaces of Hope” on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Due to the great response, PHA will continue to post PHaces into December so that everyone who wants to share their hope can be part of this year’s campaign.

To learn more about how participate in PHaces of Hope and to access free resources and social media graphics, please visit PHAssociation.org/AwarenessMonth. PHA is grateful for the sponsorship support provided by Actelion Pharmaceuticals U.S., Inc. for PH Awareness Month.
