History

Dr. Evelyn Horn has treated PAH patients since the first Flolan study. She has been Associate Director of the Columbia Pulmonary Hypertension Center, Director of the Pulmonary Vascular Disease program at the Columbia Center for Advanced Cardiac Care and in November 2007 was recruited to officially start an Advanced Heart Failure Program at Weill Cornell. PH is integrated into the program at the attending, fellow, nurse practitioner and administrative levels. Outpatient facilities include two to three examination rooms, research and exercise lab including full CPET and submaximal SHAPE, echo lab, on-site labs, ECG.
