Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Programs

The PH Care Centers initiative of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association seeks to identify centers with expertise in PH that have demonstrated an ability to properly diagnose the disease and have the capability to manage these complex patients. Each accredited Center has opened its doors to a site review conducted by a PH physician and coordinator selected for their expertise in the field.

Applications for the PH Care Centers initiative are currently being accepted. The application process for PH programs is very robust, taking approximately six months to complete. Applications are processed in the order in which they were received and applicant programs will be sent notification regarding a specific site review date.

If you are not able to locate a center close to your home, PHA encourages you to also utilize the directory of Doctors Who Treat Pulmonary Hypertension. This information is provided as a service to patients, and PHA does not specifically endorse any individual physician in the directory of Doctors Who Treat Pulmonary Hypertension. All information has been provided by the doctors, so you can make your own assessment of their qualifications. All doctors on the list are members of Pulmonary Hypertension Clinicians and Researchers (PHCR), PHA’s membership network for physicians and researchers, but have not necessarily been reviewed for PH Care Center consideration.
