Your elected officials work for you. They return to their home states regularly to learn about the issues that matter to their constituents. Meeting with them to share your story is an effective way to gain their support of legislation affecting PH patients. There are several ways to meet with your Members of Congress, including visiting them at an office in your state, attending a town hall, inviting your senator or representative to your support group meeting or even scheduling a phone meeting from the comfort of your home.
