Navigating Pulmonary Hypertension

"Navigating Pulmonary Hypertension: A Guide for Patients and Families,” is a 64-page guide for people with PH and their loved ones.

The book is designed to help you find answers, support and hope in the first few weeks, months or years after a PH diagnosis. “Navigating Pulmonary Hypertension” originally was designed for newly diagnosed patients, but it is helpful to people with PH, their families and friends at every step of the PH journey.

“Navigating PH” provides an overview of diagnosis, treatment, symptoms and quality of life, as well as checklists, resources and questions to ask doctors. This Pulmonary Hypertension Association publication is free.
