Pulmonary hypertension can look different from one person to the next. Symptoms may be subtle, leading to delays in diagnosis, and each person’s experience with treatment and managing PH is different.
Faces of PH brings those experiences to life through a series of short videos sharing experiences from across the PH spectrum. Each story explores the path from early symptoms to diagnosis, treatment and life with PH, while sharing practical insights for patients, caregivers and families. The series also highlights specialized, coordinated care and the role patients can play in understanding their condition, asking questions and advocating for themselves.
Faces of PH launches in November during PH Awareness Month. A new story will be released each month through September 2027 creating a growing library of experiences from across the PH community.
Watch the latest stories below and check back each month to meet a new face of PH.
