Held as part of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s International PH Conference, the Scientific Sessions bring together clinicians and researchers to share the latest in pulmonary hypertension, improve patient care and earn CME/CE credit. Open to health care professionals across disciplines and career stages, the sessions focus on practical, evidence-based approaches and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The program features expert-led presentations, debates, poster sessions and interactive discussions on the latest in PH research and treatment, including:
- Pathophysiology and disease mechanisms.
- Diagnosis, risk assessment and screening.
- Therapeutic strategies and emerging treatments.
- Pediatric PH.
- Health disparities and social determinants of health.
- Registries and real-world evidence.
The research poster hall showcases basic science, clinical science and case reports from PH professionals. Selected abstracts may be published in Advances in Pulmonary Hypertension, PHA’s journal.
Session proposals and abstract submissions
PHA 2026 will feature a poster hall as part of its scientific sessions. Abstracts and session proposals are now closed, but we will accept late breaking-abstract submissions through March. 16. The target audience is a mix of new and experienced PH-treating health care professionals of varying disciplines.
If your proposal is accepted by the 2026 Scientific Sessions Subcommittee, you will be invited to present it during one of the Scientific Sessions.
