This collection of practice documents provides PH programs with information to consider when creating their own procedures, protocols and standards for patient care. Protocol documents were created by PHA’s PH Professional Network Practice Committee using published guidelines, blinded protocol documents submitted by PHA-accredited PH Care Centers and considerations referencing peer-reviewed literature. Considerations documents were reviewed and approved by members of the PHA Scientific Leadership Council (SLC) Education Committee and SLC Leadership.

These handouts and worksheets can help create dialogue between patients and health care professionals on important factors related to procedures and care recommendations of the health care professional. These documents were created by members of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s (PHA’s) PH Professional Network Education Committee and reviewed and approved by members of the PHA Scientific Leadership Council (SLC) Education Committee and SLC Leadership.
