Johnson & Johnson offers several programs to help patients pay for Opsynvi (macitentan and tadalafil) combination tablets, Opsumit (macitentan), Tracleer (bosentan) and Uptravi (selexipag). They are:

J&J withMe

This patient support program offers various savings options. It includes the J&J withMe Savings Program, J&J withMe account and options specific to each J&J medicine.

Oral PAH savings

If you receive insurance through your employer or buy it privately, you might be able to receive a discount on your prescription. Participants can save on out-of-pocket costs for Opsumit, Opsynvi, Tracleer and Uptravi. Depending on your health insurance plan, savings might apply toward copay, co-insurance or deductibles. Patient assistance

Patient assistance from Johnson & Johnson is available if you are uninsured or have commercial, employer-sponsored or government coverage that doesn’t fully meet your needs. If you meet eligibility and income requirements, you could receive your Opsumit, Opsynvi, Tracleer, Uptravi or Veletri at no cost for up to one year.
