How to become a group member
The institution must select a primary contact responsible for initially signing up all group members at one time. The group membership administrator is the primary contact person with PHA Member Services.
The role of the group membership administrator is to:
- Serve as the sole representative for the group’s membership with PHA.
- Provide PHA with a membership roster and updates throughout the year when needed.
- Manage invoice payment for new or renewing members.
Additional members can be added upon the administrator’s request. If individuals request to join throughout the year, their requests will be directed to the group administrator, who must approve any additional invoicing.
Payment is due in a single invoice for five or more prepaid memberships. Additional memberships may be added with approval by the group administrator, who will confirm all covered individuals. Group administrators can pay via check, ACH/Wire, or credit card over the phone or use the online form.
How to join PHA with five or more members from your institution:
- PHA Member Services provides your group administrator with a roster spreadsheet.
- Group administrator manages your organization’s roster.
- Group administrator confirms all individuals included in group membership.
- PHA Member Services provides discounted invoice and group administrator submits payment.
